Trainee Engineer

* Full time, permanent position
* Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (paid overtime available)
* OTE £30,000 (including overtime)

The Role
This exciting Trainee Engineer role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, hands-on engineering team. Working alongside a Senior Engineer, you’ll receive full training to help you progress towards becoming a qualified Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Lead Engineer with installation projects across various contracts
* Learn on the job and develop the skills to manage installation and service calls independently
* Use your IT knowledge to support system setup and configuration
* Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards at all times
* Complete documentation and reports accurately

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning new skills. About you:
* Some IT knowledge and confidence using technology
* A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges
* Good practical ability and experience using basic hand tools
* A full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
* Awareness of Health & Safety principles (training provided)
* Willingness to work at heights (training provided)
