Role: HR Analyst (SuccessFactors) Duration: 12-month Fixed Term Contract Location: Hybrid, Solihull (c. 2-3 times a week) Salary: £45,000 10% Bonus The role: A highly profitable and successful UK brand is currently implementing SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) are currently recruiting a HR Analyst to support the implementation and transition. We’re looking to speak with HR Analysts who have reasonable business process knowledge of SuccessFactors, who will be the go-to SuccessFactors SME for the HR and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. The HR system implementation and configuration is being managed by a 3rd party, and the current internal team have a limited knowledge of SuccessFactors as a product. We therefore need someone who can effectively represent the business’ requirements and ensure what is delivered is fit for purpose. What you’ll be doing: Acting as the SME for key HR applications, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Ensuring requirements are accurately and successfully implemented by the 3rd party vendor Owning enhancements and change requests from design through to UAT and deployment Supporting vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery The Ideal Candidate: Strong understanding of HR processes and systems Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Confident translating business needs to technical teams, and visa versa. Capable of working with teams to build HR systems solutions from business requirements This is an urgent requirement as the project is already underway.
