Contracts Manager
Glasgow & Central Belt
A specialist contractor delivering Light Gauge Steel Framing solutions is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. Projects include residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage SFS / light gauge steel installation projects from start to completion
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
* Maintain high health & safety standards across sites
* Liaise with main contractors, clients, and project stakeholders
* Monitor progress, report to senior management, and resolve site issues
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Requirements
* Proven experience in construction management
* Knowledge of Light Gauge Steel/SFS systems (preferred)
* Experience managing multiple construction sites
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to read construction drawings
* SMSTS qualification
* Full UK driving licence
