Were proud of our culture, where people feel supported, respected and able to grow.The TeamYoull join our Regional Underwriting team in London, focused on managing and growing an existing Real Estate and property portfolio.Its a supportive and collaborative environment, where people share knowledge, work closely with brokers and RDMs, and support each others development.What you can expect in this roleYoull manage and underwrite an existing Real Estate portfolioYoull work with brokers and RDMs to build trusted relationshipsYoull support portfolio performance, retention and growthYoull assess risk and contribute to underwriting and trading decisionsYoull develop your knowledge of the London Real Estate marketWhat you might bringExperience in underwriting commercial property or Real Estate risksAn understanding of the London Real Estate broker market, or an interest in developing thisA collaborative approach and enjoyment of working with othersConfidence, or a willingness to build confidence, in broker interactionsAn organised and thoughtful way of workingAn interest in developing professionally, including working towards CII qualificationsA motivated, positive approach with a willingness to learn and grow Not sure you tick every box?
