Position Summary
We are recruiting a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join a global executive search and leadership advisory firm based in London 3 days per week. This role supports the internal HR function, with key responsibilities including onboarding new hires, managing employee and benefit changes, processing terminations, ensuring data accuracy and reporting, and contributing to various HR projects.

2. Internal Business Function Teams (Technology, Workday Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3. Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with background checks, new hire paperwork, onboarding forms, leaver letters
4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, process benefit changes, HR paperwork including promotion letters
5. Assist with HR processes and projects: Support annual performance review processes within Workday including workflow and system support; yearly engagement survey
6. Employee Support: Respond to HR-related queries related to Workday, benefits, policies
7. Benefit Administration: Work with the HRBP and Payroll Manager to maintain benefit
8. Handbook/Policy updates: Assist the HR Business Partner with yearly employee handbook and policy maintenance
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree
10. Knowledge of UK employment law and regulations
11. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
12. Previous HR system experience
Preferred Qualifications
13. Previous Workday experience
