About the Role
We're looking for a Picker Packer to join our growing operations team in Birmingham. The role involves accurately preparing and packing customer orders, checking stock deliveries, and ensuring parcels are dispatched correctly and on time.
You'll be part of a busy, supportive team where attention to detail and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare parcels for dispatch, ensuring packaging meets courier requirements.
* Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Follow company processes to maintain accuracy and quality.
Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse, logistics, or packing experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, organised, and a good team player.
