Senior Go To Market Propositions Manager
Join us as a Senior Go To Market Propositions Manager, responsible for shaping and executing go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate growth across Barclaycard Payments products and solutions for SME customers. You will translate customer needs, product capability, market opportunity and regulatory considerations into compelling, customer‑led propositions that drive commercial value.
Working at the centre of Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk and Operations, you will own the end‑to‑end GTM lifecycle from market and segment insight through launch execution to ongoing performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide SME expertise on product features, benefits, risks and compliance to customers and colleagues.
* Identify market trends, regulatory changes and new product opportunities, analyse sales data and customer feedback, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for product‑related customer inquiries, providing resolution and guidance.
* Present product advantages to potential customers, building trust and encouraging adoption.
* Support development and execution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations and online content.
* Participate in training sessions, workshops and industry events to share product knowledge and generate interest.
Essential Skills & Basic Qualifications
* Recent background and clear experience in merchant acquiring, fintech or payments acquiring.
* Proven experience shaping and launching customer propositions across e‑commerce, point-of-sale and working capital.
* Experience as a Senior Go‑to‑Market Manager, Senior Product Marketing or Senior Product Manager.
* Ability to work effectively within cross‑functional, matrixed organisations.
* Demonstrated delivery across multiple routes to market, including direct sales, digital and self‑serve channels.
Desirable Skills & Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of the ISV market.
* Solid customer/merchant segmentation and customer journey expertise.
* Experience enabling partner channels (ISVs, affiliates, web developers).

This role is based in London and Northampton.
