Negotiate Terms: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure renewals successfully. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients. Address Concerns: Actively listen to client concerns, providing effective solutions to enhance their satisfaction. Serve as a Contact Point: Be the primary contact for clients throughout the renewal process. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in managed services to inform clients. Educate Clients: Inform clients about the advantages of renewing their contracts and highlight any new services or enhancements available. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with technical teams to address client inquiries and ensure their technical requirements are met. Identify Upsell Opportunities: Discover and promote additional services or solutions that could benefit our existing clients. Maximise Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability from our client base. Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous records of contract renewals, negotiations, and client interactions are kept. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements concerning contract renewals. Collaborate on Compliance: Work with legal and compliance teams to review and approve contract terms. Coordinate Billing: Collaborate with offboarding and billing teams to confirm terms and ensure accurate billing processes.
