Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities
* Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
* Supervise the completion of work set by teachers in a range of different subject
* Be a positive influence and develop a good rapport with students and staff
* Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom
The ideal candidate
* Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in an educational capacity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
