About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cleaning.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
* Maintain accurate records of food costs, waste, and labor hours.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
* Excellent culinary skills, including knife work, cooking techniques, and presentation.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct kitchen staff.
* Degree or certification in culinary arts preferred.
