Healthcare Assistant
37.5 hours | Rivers Hospital | Sawbridgeworth | Monday - Saturday
The role
We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients Department. Putting patients first, you’ll be given time to care for each person as a unique individual.
Our Outpatients Department is busy, and colleagues will rely on your support. Together, you’ll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment. What you’ll bring with you
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proven customer service skills
* Previous phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn
* Highly motivated individual
* Enjoy working in rapidly changing environments
* Great communication skills
* Flexible approach to duties and hours
