Temporary contract, 37 hours per week, 8 weeks
Monday - Thursday 08:30am-17:00pm; Friday 08:30am-16:30pm. The role involves reviewing and amending apprenticeship learning agreements and other documents, working in accordance with internal processes and ESFA funding rules. Collaboration with the MIS and Apprenticeships teams is essential to coordinate and complete sign-up processes for apprentices and employers.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and update apprenticeship paperwork, liaising with the Apprenticeship team to ensure accuracy and funding compliance.
* Ensure learner data is correctly recorded in college systems (e.g., ProSolution, ProMonitor, SmartAssessor).
* Oversee the sign-up process, ensuring documentation meets audit and funding requirements.
* Address data anomalies promptly and report progress as needed.
* Process information within specified timescales and service levels.
* File all apprentice-related paperwork in an accessible manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
* Awareness of the apprenticeship sector, funding strategies, the Digital Apprenticeship Service, and ILR.
* Knowledge of quality assurance, validation, and audit procedures.
* Experience in information analysis and providing administrative support.
* Ability to prioritize a busy workload to meet deadlines.
