Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Retail Management and Head Office roles.
* Partner with hiring managers across the business to understand their needs and shape hiring strategies.
* Design and deliver creative, targeted recruitment campaigns.
* Source and engage top talent through proactive headhunting and digital channels.
* Manage candidate journeys, ensuring a standout, on‑brand experience.
* Drive recruitment performance against time and cost‑to‑hire targets.
* Analyse hiring data and provide insight to inform smarter decisions.
* Support key projects, including peak and seasonal recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment, either agency or in‑house, ideally across multiple disciplines.
* A proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Confidence managing both high‑volume campaigns and specialist hires.
* Strong knowledge of modern sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
* Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
