Overview
Role: Deliver expert recruitment advisory services by leading efficient, results-driven campaigns that align with business objectives and meet agreed KPIs. Provide guidance and coaching to managers to ensure consistent and accurate application of recruitment policies and procedures. Enhance diversity and inclusion by implementing accessible and inclusive candidate attraction strategies. Oversee individual recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance with legal and GDPR requirements, and full utilization of the Applicant Tracking System, including the agency portal. Conduct post-campaign reviews with managers to identify and implement service improvements. Build your professional presence across relevant media platforms and actively engage in recruitment networking opportunities. Partner with Hiring Managers on assessment and selection, agreeing on evaluation methods and interview questions prior to advertising roles. Maintain forward planning of upcoming recruitment activity, enabling timely collaboration with relevant managers. Manage talent pools related to your business areas and develop tailored talent pipelines to meet departmental needs. Gain a strong understanding of the business, including strategic priorities and operational plans, to effectively support recruitment initiatives. Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships with recruitment agencies to support resourcing needs.
