Position: Behaviour Support Assistant
Location: Littlehampton
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide safety and support to students, ensuring access to learning.
* Build trusted relationships with students, offering individual support.
* Encourage inclusion, participation, and peer interaction in the classroom.
* Set tailored goals and challenges to promote self-confidence.
* Work with students to meet high expectations in both behavior and achievement.
Requirements:
* Experience in youth work or working with children with challenging behavior or SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health).
* Passionate, creative, and enthusiastic, with a resilient and positive attitude.
* Ability to contribute to a nurturing and supportive school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
