Churchill Estates Management is recruiting for an exceptional Development Manager for our retirement development in Hunstanton, United Kingdom. We seek someone who loves working with people, with a background in administration and customer service. This varied role involves coordinating development activities, managing property maintenance, and providing a hassle-free retirement lifestyle for our homeowners.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage property maintenance, liaise with customers and suppliers, coordinate contractors, conduct health and safety checks, and organize activities and events for Owners. This autonomous role requires you to be a trusted on-site presence and a friendly neighbor to Owners.
Ideal candidates have experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, charity, or health & social care sectors. A successful Lodge Manager should excel in front-of-house customer service, have excellent administrative skills, and be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
