The Role
Brightwork are delighted to be exclusively supporting Enva, a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, as they continue to grow their presence in Northern Ireland.
Enva are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their expanding, multi-site operation across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the HR Director this role will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support, partnering closely with leaders to drive effective people management and support organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and site managers.
* Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence.
* Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE.
* Coach and advise managers on best practice people management.
* Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with legislation.
* Analyse HR metrics and contribute to HR projects across the business.
About You
1. CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards Level 7).
2. Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
