Enva are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their expanding, multi-site operation across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the HR Director this role will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support, partnering closely with leaders to drive effective people management and support organisational change. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and site managers. Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence. Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE. Coach and advise managers on best practice people management. Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with legislation. Analyse HR metrics and contribute to HR projects across the business. About You CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards Level 7). Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role. Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law. Confident managing complex ER cases in a multi-site environment. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland.
