Job Description As an Senior A ssistant Buyer for Topshop Topman, you’ll play a key role in developing amazing product and building fashion-forward, commercial ranges that deliver against sales and margin targets. You’ll work closely with your Buyer, Design, Technical and Merchandising teams, as well as suppliers and brands, to create ranges loved by our 20-something customer. This is a fast-paced, creative role where you’ll influence trends, negotiate with suppliers, and help shape the Topshop Topman product offering. The Details You’ll support the Buyer in sourcing and developing products, oversee fittings and sample approvals, and help create a fashion-forward range with constant newness. You’ll also manage the critical path, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute to department strategy by identifying risks and opportunities. Negotiate cost prices and delivery dates while maintaining excellent supplier relationships Work closely with Design and Merchandising teams to build ranges, analyse sales data and agree actions Present insights on trends and competitor activity to inform decisions Influence trading decisions and optimise sales performance Support Fashion with Integrity initiatives and ethical sourcing considerations Oversee training and development of Buying Assistants within the team Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies across everything you do We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team.
