Synectics Solutions is experiencing strong growth and we’re seeking an accomplished Strategic Client Success Manager to deepen partnerships with our high-value clients. In this role, you’ll help clients optimise their fraud prevention strategies while enabling them to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What You’ll Do
* Drive client retention and recurring revenue through data-driven insights
* Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, translating needs into solutions
* Build long-term adoption of Synectics products by scoping future opportunities
* Lead workshops and strategic sessions with senior stakeholders
* Develop account plans that deliver short-, medium-, and long-term value
* Understand client sectors and the current and future fraud challenges to shape key initiative
