Smiley Faces are looking for a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join their team
Do you want to play a vital role in children's lives? Do you enjoy having fun and getting messy? Do you enjoy singing, reading stories and building dens? If so, we would like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a Level 2 qualification, and have had experience working within an early year setting. (0-4 years).
* The candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills with both children and adults
* Level 2 qualification in Early Years
* Have the ability to provide high quality childcare, learning and development as part of a professional team
* Have a keen sense of confidentiality
* Have underpinning knowledge of safeguarding and 'how to keep children safe'
* To provide a safe, exciting, fun environment that creates awe and wonder for children to develop and grow within the EYFS framework
* Have the ability to assess children's development in line with the Early Years Outcomes
* Be able to 'think on their feet' and plan in the moment reflecting children's interests
* To uphold the ethos and support the vision of the Nursery Manager
* Contribute to change and be active in future improvements through-out the nursery
