We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our company!
This is a Temporary Part-Time role working 24 hours per week (3 days across Monday - Friday) until 31st January 2026.

Responsibilities include:
* Visiting top grocery retailers, focusing on developing strong relationships with decision-makers to add value to the store.
* Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution and availability, boosting sales and gaining extra space where possible.
* Identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor intelligence in-store.
* Following Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional, efficient calls within every sales outlet.
* Recording all information accurately on our bespoke tablets using the latest Drive software system.
Ideal candidate:
* Has experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail.
* Thrives working independently and in a team.
* Is a great communicator who builds credible relationships in stores.
* Is passionate about building brand awareness and motivated by results.
