The Role
ROLE OBJECTIVES
This performance marketing role seeks an experienced marketer with a proven track record in driving growth using paid tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for Retail Dental Cover and Corporate Dental Cover, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working full-time (40 hours/week) with at least 6 hours overlapping with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid search and social strategies to increase member acquisition and retention; create platform-specific ad creatives; optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, and CPA; collaborate with sales; conduct keyword research; manage bids and landing pages.
* Own the Complete Funnel: Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns; monitor and optimize funnel performance; collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
* Budget Management: Effectively allocate PPC and paid social budgets for optimal performance.
* Testing: Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests on ad copy, creative, and bidding strategies.
* Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign metrics; provide insights and recommendations.
* Explore New Platforms: Identify new advertising opportunities; experiment and learn; ensure creative alignment with brand; coordinate with SEO and marketing teams; communicate results to stakeholders.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* Acquisition: Achieve month-on-month growth in sales; build scalable acquisition strategies.
* ROI: Measure and improve revenue from campaigns; maximize customer lifetime value.
* CAC: Monitor and optimize customer acquisition costs; improve funnel metrics.
