Candidate Profile
Director calibre candidate, experienced in managing and developing relationships with National Housebuilders, Energy and Utility providers, handling multi-million-pound contracts and framework agreements.
The Position
An exciting opportunity with a market leading manufacturer of sustainable building heating and cooling solutions. The role involves being a key advocate for sustainable technology solutions that reduce carbon footprints in commercial and residential projects. You will be the face of the company to key accounts, driving sales growth.
The Package
* £75k - £80k Basic Salary
* Uncapped +£100k OTE
* Company Car / Car Allowance
* Mobile, Laptop, Benefits (including private healthcare, pension, dental)
Experience Required
Senior management sales experience from a national sales background, involving either non-management or management roles such as Sales Manager, Director, or Head of. Focus on selling renewable and sustainable heating and cooling solutions into the built environment or building services industry, e.g., HVAC, chillers, heat pumps, CHP, heat networks, ventilation, controls, etc. Proven track record of creating significant sales growth with national housebuilders or utility/energy providers. Entrepreneurial, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
