The Role: Receptionist
Reporting to our Event Managers you will be responsible for greeting and providing a warm welcome to our guests as well as general office administrative tasks.
Please note, primarily this part time role is for weekend and evening cover and you will be required to work evenings and weekends as part of your normal working week. Shifts will vary each week depending on the requirements of the business.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Greet and direct guests
* Check guests in and out of their bedrooms
* Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct team member
* Take payments in person and over the phone
* General administrative duties as requested
* Any other duties reasonably requested
