We are seeking a talented Personal Assistant to support the work of our Sales Directors in the UK and US, as they lead their teams to deliver international revenue growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team.
You will be an integral support to the Sales Directors, ensuring their schedules of busy external and internal meetings, and global travel, run seamlessly. You will also help to plan and deliver exceptional events for the company such as staff parties, all-hands meetings and team-building events.
With your attention to detail and proactive mindset, you will contribute to our efficiency and help us drive commercial success and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, maximizing the directors’ time.
* Providing administrative support to the directors
* Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics for domestic and international trips.
* Prioritise and handle communications, maintaining prompt and professional responses.
* Assist in planning and organizing engaging company events.
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
* Support ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a commercial and/or sales environment
* Superb administration and organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Able to cope with pressure, juggle priorities and work flexibly to accommodate needs across time zones.
* Able to meet tight deadlines
* Able to build effective relationships with all employees across the organisation
* Experience of managing diaries, and booking complex travel arrangements including compiling itineraries
* Excellent working knowledge of MS 365 environment and MS Office Suite
* Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
* Experience in event planning and coordination
