Location:334 Tandragee Road, Craigavon BT62 3RB Hours: Monday Friday:: 8:30am 5:30pm and one in three Saturday 9:00am -1:00pm Job Overview Due to continued growth & expansion, we have created a new Warranty Administrator role to support our Warranty Manager. This role involves supporting the warranty manager with warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical experience and excellent organisational skills to ensure smooth processing of warranty requests and efficient communication across teams. Responsibilities Provide advice to colleagues on items covered under warranty so that they can communicate this to the customer and make appropriate claims for work complete Liaise with internal customers on the progress of warranty claims when required Receives warranty cards from the Service Advisor and updates the system entering the appropriate claim codes to indicate the cause, make of part, fault diagnosis and detail of the customer complaint Produces month end reports to show claim value versus credits and discusses these with the Manager, before taking appropriate / agreed action Maintain detailed records of warranty submissions, approvals, and rejections using our database systems. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve warranty issues promptly. Support the warranty manager with general clerical duties such as reporting, filing, data entry, and correspondence. Skills Experience in warranty in the motor trade highly advantageous. Proven clerical experience with a strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems. Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within the team. A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities to handle complex warranty issues efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring our warranty processes are handled professionally and efficiently, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
