An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation who have a great reputation within the Liverpool market. Due to a period of expansion they are currently seeking an experienced STUDENT ACCOMMODATION PROPERTY MANAGER to join them in Liverpool city centre.
They are looking for a highly organised, well presented and confident candidate to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals!
Reporting to the Managing Director, duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
* Lead and manage the on-site student team, overseeing recruitment, training and performance management.
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and maximise occupancy rates.
* Offer expert advice to clients on pricing, presentation, and marketing strategies.
* Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and successfully close deals.
* Deal with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
* Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Oversee promotion of properties across multiple platforms, including online portals and social media.
* Stay informed about property market trends and industry developments.
* Ensure strict adherence to relevant legislation and regulations, including the Housing Act, GDPR, and AML.
* Resolve any client or tenant complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
* Engage with customers in a positive manner always ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service.
* Property management to include maintenance, repairs, inspections, inventories, and rent collection.
* Ensure Landlords and properties are compliant.
* Ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to and contributing to any reviews of policy and procedures.
* Meet or exceed service standards and KPI’s.
* Providing regular performance reports.
This is a busy and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have previous student property management experience as well as leadership experience in a similar role. You must have excellent organisational and planning skills, along with exceptional communication skills and relationship management. This is a fast-paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £35,000.
