The Role
As Contract Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the delivery of all technical and engineering services across the contract. Acting as the client’s primary technical lead, you’ll ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence while driving innovation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of all on-site technical services, systems, and infrastructure.
Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental standards.
Provide hands-on technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team.
Build strong, trusted relationships with the client, focused on quality, communication, and continuous improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop engineers to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and enhanced service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven technical and managerial experience within hard FM or building services, ideally in a high-profile, client-facing environment.
Strong background managing engineering teams and FM contracts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Confident leadership style with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability to drive operational and financial performance.
