Property Administrator - Milton Keynes\n\nOur client, a well-established and customer-focused conveyancing firm, is looking for a dedicated and highly organised Property Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to support a fast-paced property legal team and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.\n\nSalary: £25,000\n\nHours: 9 am-5:30 pm\n\nOffice based\n\nAs a Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing process. You'll work closely with Property Assistants and Case Handlers to help deliver a comprehensive, proactive, and efficient service.
From opening case files to liaising with clients and solicitors, your work will be essential to the team's success.\n\n- Open new case files on the internal systems\n- Provide quotations and maintain referral records\n- Issue and manage secondary client forms and ID checks\n- Conduct bankruptcy and land registry searches\n- Request and chase redemption figures and contract papers\n- Apply for and process search results\n- Keep referral and client update reports accurate and current\n- Handle phone calls, post, filing, and file closures\n- Communicate regularly with clients, estate agents, and solicitors\n- Maintain up-to-date checklists and follow compliance procedures\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Strong administrative and organisational skills\n- High attention to detail and accuracy\n- Able to work independently and as part of a team\n\nIf you would be interested, please apply or call Corinne
