Must Haves to be a Operations Co-ordinator
You must have strong communication skills. Youll be speaking to various departments internally, as well as external customers too. This could be via email, phone or face to face
Organisation skills are key; youll be spinning a lot of plates and will need to manage and prioritise a high workload effectively
Happy to work in a collaborative, and fast paced environment
Strong IT skills, youll be using an array of different IT platforms, including Excel
So, what will you be doing as an Operations Co-ordinator
The role is sitting in the sales team, offering them administrative support across various cycles of sale, including order processing, logistics, stock, delivery and data
Supporting the wider team and business when necessary
Delivering on projects to help the wider team achieve their goals, this could be based around pricing, artwork, deliveries etc.
Complete administrative tasks to help set up new orders & customers.
