Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance. Responsibilities
* The position involves working on data collection, data analysis and writing up as part of the EPICS project team. This will include conducting interviews, cleaning and analysis of transcripts, and collection and analysis of a large-scale survey.
Qualifications
* Prior experience of qualitative and quantitative research methods in the context of computing education.
* Experience of research with primary-aged pupils and their teachers.
* Knowledge of physical computing.
* An understanding of models of creativity and making will be a distinct advantage.

Contract and compensation
Fixed-term: funds available for 2 years in the first instance. Part-time appointment at 0.2 FTE, approximately 1 day per week.
Upon offer, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check (enhanced with children\'s barred list).
In addition to the base salary stated, the successful candidate will receive an additional 2.5% supplement to their pay.
