The Bid Team is a core part of Apadmi’s European Sales & Growth function, supporting the company’s mission to win new business and strengthen client relationships across the region. Working closely across all teams, they use contributions from Subject Matter Experts to create compelling, winning proposals. The Bid Team sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring Apadmi showcases its expertise and delivers winning proposals that drive growth. As a Bid Executive you will join our European Sales & Growth Team and play a key role in the end-to-end bid process.


What you’ll be working on

* Coordinate inputs from sales, subject matter experts, commercial, legal, and delivery teams.
* Consolidate and proofread bid sections, taking an active role in editing and formatting to ensure a cohesive, compliant final document.
* Ensure compliance with RFP/RFI requirements and produce high‑quality proposals within set timeframes.
* Manage proposal timetables and associated schedules.
* Update a central repository for bid materials and ensure version control.
* Produce high‑quality written content, as required.
* Inform team members of timelines and expectations for deliverables.
* Collaborate with senior bid team members and stakeholders to refine the tone and headline messaging of responses.
* Adhere to corporate branding and formatting guidelines.
* Work with Growth Directors to ensure win themes meet client requirements and are clearly articulated.
