About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from start to finish
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering development and high-quality output
* Liaise with clients, delivering technically robust and commercially sound solutions
* Prepare and review designs, drawings, and reports (Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, 104)
* Utilise AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or equivalent software
* Maintain a hands‑on approach to design, project management, and delivery
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UK civil engineering consultancy
* Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships
* Practical knowledge of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or similar software
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on delivery and team development
