Business Development Representative (Outbound)
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, United Kingdom
Hybrid Schedule
Work from our Newcastle office three days a week.
Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume cold outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative approaches to engage potential customers.
Build and maintain your own pipeline of potential customers.
Handle objections thoughtfully and focus on building connections.
Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program designed to prepare you for success as a BDR.
Support and take care of customers, consistently contributing to the team’s goal of customer success.
Qualifications
* Experience in a lead‑generating sales role.
* Basic understanding of a sales framework such as BANT or SPIN.
* Ability to share examples of how you have handled objections.
