Growth Marketing Specialist Location : Belfast (Hybrid) Salary : £30,000 £38,000, plus bonus The Role and the Impact It Will Make This is a commercially focused marketing role within a fast-scaling tech business. Youll play a key part in driving demand, building pipeline, and supporting customer acquisition across both direct and partner channels. Your work will span paid media, organic growth, partner engagement and content marketing, all tied to measurable outcomes. Youll be hands-on with campaigns, tracking performance, testing new approaches, and making sure the right message reaches the right people at the right time. This isnt about brand for brands sake. Its about building a steady, repeatable flow of interest and opportunity. Youll be close to the product, close to the numbers, and trusted to make things happen. What Youll Be Doing Planning and running multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic and partner channels Creating content including product factsheets, eBooks, landing pages and demo videos Running and optimising LinkedIn and Google Ads Keeping the website content current and aligned with SEO best practice Supporting events and partner activities to generate qualified leads Reporting on funnel metrics and campaign performance Liaising with designers and external partners where needed Testing new formats and messaging to improve efficiency and results What You'll Need 35 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or a tech-focused environment A strong grasp of demand generation and customer acquisition principles Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Confident writing and messaging skills for content and campaign assets A data-led mindset, with experience tracking performance and testing approaches A collaborative and proactive working style Additional Details Hybrid role (3 days per week in Belfast HQ) 35 days paid holiday (including public holidays) Company bonus scheme Private medical cover for you and dependents Enhanced pension Ongoing training and professional development Our client is aware there are a lot of delivery areas here, if you feel that you meet the requirements enough to be able to make impact, yet are lacking in an area please feel free to apply in any instance.
