We are excited to offer two fantastic opportunities forDental Sales Representativesto join our dynamic and growing Orthodontic Sales Team. This is a pivotal role in expanding our orthodontic portfolio, particularly focusing on our newClear Aligner System.
Youll be part of a well-established company and join a close-knit team of seven, working collaboratively to meet ambitious business objectives.
The Role:
We are seeking 2 enthusiastic, results-drivenSales Representatives, based in our brand-new Milton Keynes office. The role will involve regular customer visits within a 150-mile radius (approximately 23 days per week), making this a hybrid office-based and field based sales role. Occasionally you maybe required to stay overnight at conferences or small meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Growing and maintaining relationships with NHS and private dental professionals
* Promoting our orthodontic product portfolio, especially our Clear Aligner system
* Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets
* Managing a defined sales territory (to be discussed during the interview process)
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in both office-based and face-to-face sales
* Demonstrated success in a previous sales role
* You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle that is suitable for covering your sales territory.
* Background in selling to NHS or private dental sectors(desirable)
* Experience within the orthodontic sector, particularly with aligners(desirable)
* Qualified dental nurse or practice manager looking to transition into sales(desirable)
