We are seeking a motivated and dependable Casual Cleaner to provide holiday cover during April. Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal spaces
* Maintain high standards of hygiene by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
* Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently and responsibly
* Use cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers to ensure optimal results
* Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe working environment
* Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues
* Support the team with additional custodial duties during busy periods or special events
Skills
* Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services
* Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors
* Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork

Shifts are on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday 6am to 9am
