The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stock is handled accurately and customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload and inspect incoming stock from suppliers. Accurately put away stock and maintain the organisation of small components. Pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all packages are clearly labelled with the correct quantities. Replenish shelves and maintain effective inventory control. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and safe at all times. Support other areas of the business when required. Customer-Facing Duties: As part of the role, there may be occasions where you will be required to assist on the shop floor. This may involve serving customers, locating products and providing a professional and friendly service, making flexibility and strong communication skills essential. What We're Looking For: Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
