We’re recruiting for a Executive Search Partner to join us. You will lead the way in attracting exceptional senior talent aligned to our strategic priorities. This is a high-impact role focused on building diverse, forward-looking leadership pipelines and delivering a best-in-class executive hiring experience. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, influencing hiring decisions through deep market insight, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the financial services landscape.This is not a people management role, but it demands leadership presence, credibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively across senior stakeholder groups.What you’ll be doing:
1. Partnering with senior leaders to shape executive hiring strategies aligned with future capability needs
2. Leading end-to-end executive search processes from briefing to offer negotiation
3. Building and nurturing trusted networks across the financial services sector
4. Delivering market insights and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions
5. Managing relationships with external search partners to ensure quality and alignment
6. Enhancing candidate experience through high-touch, values-led engagement
7. Upholding governance frameworks and best practice throughout the hiring process
8. Embedding Consumer Duty principles into executive hiring activity
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Deep understanding of the financial services sector and its leadership landscape
10. Proven experience in executive search, either in-house or agency-side
11. Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility at ExCo and Board level
12. Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
13. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
14. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
15. Proficiency in executive search tools and platforms with a data-led approach
16. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and evolve hiring practices
