Key Responsibilities
* Lead & coordinate release planning, deployment, and post‑release validation across Salesforce environments
* Develop & automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset
* Manage & optimise environment configuration, branching strategies, and version control
* Ensure & govern compliance with release management and change control procedures
* Monitor & report on release metrics, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Collaborate & support Agile delivery teams, providing technical guidance on DevOps and release best practices
Required Qualifications
You should have strong Salesforce and DevOps, with a passion for automation, process improvement, and quality delivery. You’ll be comfortable managing complex environments and working collaboratively in an Agile setting.
* Proven experience in Salesforce release management and deployment automation
* Strong understanding of Salesforce DX, metadata API, and unlocked packages
* Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines
* Proficiency with Git version control, scripting (e.g., Shell or Python), and automated testing integration
* Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II or DevOps Center Specialist) are desirable
