Installations Manager
Location: Home Based - East of England (North Home Counties, East Anglia and Essex)

This role is home based covering the East of England – Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support teams of self-employed carpenters, ensuring clear communication, strong performance, and consistent quality.
2. Plan and coordinate regional workloads, allocating resources efficiently to maintain smooth project delivery.
3. Run pre-start meetings to confirm project requirements, timescales, and site safety expectations.
4. Champion health and safety compliance, ensuring best practice across all sites.
