Greenstone Primary School, part of the Lionheart Educational Trust, is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Pre and After School Club Assistant to join our wraparound provision. This is an exciting opportunity to support a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for children aged 4â11 outside of school hours.
The successful candidate will help deliver a range of highâquality play, learning and leisure activities, supporting childrenâs social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. You will work closely with the Club Manager and school leadership to maintain excellent standards, follow safeguarding procedures and ensure the smooth daily running of the provision.
We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, and who is passionate about promoting childrenâs wellbeing and providing exceptional care.
â Key Responsibilities
Supporting the dayâtoâday running of the Breakfast and AfterâSchool Club.
Delivering engaging activities that support childrenâs development and wellbeing.
Ensuring the safety and welfare of all children in line with safeguarding and statutory guidance.
Assisting with inspections and contributing to continuous improvement.
Communicating effectively with parents, carers and staff.
