Key Responsibilities:
* Create, assign, and manage work orders through the Management System (Simpro) and Client based interfaces.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
* Prioritise maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety, and operational needs.
* Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and materials used.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role, preferably in repairs, or facilities management environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent knowledge of maintenance management systems and planning tools.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
