We are looking to recruit a Data Input Officer to join our team based in Manchester. This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processes across multiple projects.
About the Role
As a Data Input Officer, you will be responsible for organising and executing accurate data input for all our projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our data team, ensuring seamless implementation, testing new system versions, maintaining project documentation, and producing reports for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manual data inputting with precision and efficiency.
* Collaborating with the data team on projects requiring data input/import.
* Testing new versions of all systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
* Maintaining and updating project documentation.
* Producing reports for customers.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for data accuracy and efficiency. You must be able to work autonomously while forming constructive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Experience of working with various databases.
* Strong analytical and data evaluation skills.
* Experience of devising data implementation plans.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
* Organisational skills with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
* Ability to verify and correct data as necessary.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of CHARMS and Microsoft SQL Server.
* Experience with Microsoft Access.
* A driving licence and own car to travel to different sites.
