Description
I am currently working with a fantastic local business who are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their business. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours weekly. Reporting to the Financial Controller, and working as part of the finance team, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
* The accurate completion of daily and month end procedures
* Weekly cash postings
* Daily cash and bank reconciliation
* Updating and maintaining relevant reports and systems
* Raising and processing sales invoices and cash book management
* Month end journals and processing
* A good working knowledge of Sage, Microsoft Word and Excel is also necessary
