An industry leading engineering and industrial parts distributor are looking for an Internal Sales and Customer support executive to join their team in Cowley.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
2. Establishing customer requirements.
3. Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
4. Order processing.
5. Providing technical support on our expansive product range (training provided)
6. Introducing customers to new products/services.
7. Providing exceptional levels of customer service to both existing and new customers.
Skills & Experience
8. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. Have a willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
11. Positive can-do attitude.
12. Team player.
13. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
14. Ability to analyse data, and translate into actionable information.
15. Knowledge of Engineering and Industrial products/MRO/Manufacturing or a similar industry (preferable but not essential)
