We are seeking a Tele Sales Account Manager to join our dedicated team and help us drive growth by managing accounts and expanding our customer base. If you have a proven track record or feel you have what it takes to train as a tele sales account management, we would love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain, manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to generate new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
* Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity within CRM software.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
* Experience in telesales and account management, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets preferable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
* Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
