Hours
* Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
* Sunday: Closed
Basic Salary Structure
* £21,000 / £24,000 / £27,000 base (depending on achieving target levels)
* New starters typically begin at £21k, potentially £24k for experienced candidates
* Commission paid as a percentage based on sales vs target
* Uncapped earnings potential
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you must bring:
✔ Previous Car Sales experience
✔ A hunger to exceed targets
✔ Strong customer service skills from first meet to handover
✔ The ability to build lasting customer relationships
✔ A proactive, positive attitude
✔ Franchise main dealer experience (advantageous)
