Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, quality-driven, and person-centred services across domiciliary or complex care packages
* Provide effective leadership and foster the development of the Community Care Lead Team
* Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure effective staffing and service delivery
* Lead the mobilisation process for care packages across your region
* Manage financial performance, budgets, and risk across your territory
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support long-term growth
