This role is ideal for HR professionals who combine strong UK employment law expertise, sound judgment in employee relations, and the ability to influence leaders in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
🚀 What you’ll be responsible for
1. Acting as a trusted HR partner to UK business leaders across the full employee lifecycle
2. Managing complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence)
3. Ensuring full compliance with UK employment law, internal policies, and governance standards
4. Supporting and implementing organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and TUPE-related activities
5. Partnering closely with Legal, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and C&B teams
6. Driving policy and process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation
